These will describe the return request period, eligibility and condition requirements, return address, shipping costs, any disclosed fees, refund method and processing time. Any terms specific to customized garments will be provided before you commit to the order.

If you have a question about an order already agreed with WEI SUPPLY LLC, email business@weisupplyllc.com with your order or quotation reference and a description of the issue. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, photos can help us understand the problem. Please contact us for the correct return destination before sending any item. The company address on this website is not identified as a return receiving location.
