Frequently Asked Questions
What does WEI SUPPLY offer?
We supply custom workwear and team uniforms for office teams and hands-on crews. Our range includes everyday workwear, coveralls, outdoor jackets, and outerwear.
What can I customize?
We offer custom orders with logo branding and choices of fabric, color, and sizing. Share your requirements through our inquiry form. The written quote will confirm the options and specifications for your chosen style.
Which teams can order?
We welcome inquiries from offices, customer-facing businesses, workshops, warehouses, field crews, service teams, and organizations planning group clothing.
How do I choose products?
Browse our collections and open a product to review its details and size information. Choose a listed material option and add the item to your cart. You can update quantities or remove items in your cart. Adding items to your cart does not place an order or authorize payment. Review shipping charges and order terms before paying. For bulk or custom requirements, use our inquiry form.
How long do production and shipping take?
Our garments are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production and 5–7 days for shipping after dispatch. Shipping charges are additional.
How does a bulk or custom order work?
Send the style, quantities, sizes, customization requirements, and delivery destination. We review the details and provide a written quote. Specifications, pricing, quantity requirements, and delivery arrangements must be confirmed before you proceed. An inquiry is not an order.
How should I choose a size?
Use the size chart for the specific garment and follow its measurement instructions. Check whether it lists body measurements or finished-garment measurements. For team orders, provide a size breakdown rather than assuming one letter size fits the same way across styles. Ask us before ordering if you need help interpreting the measurements.
How do I choose a fabric or an outdoor style?
Tell us the intended use and your fabric preferences. Compare the specific garment's listed material, construction, fit, and care details. If you have particular weather requirements, discuss them before ordering so they can be addressed in the product specifications.
Are these garments specialist protective equipment?
No. This range is ordinary clothing, not chemical-protective, flame-resistant, or arc-rated apparel. Do not use it as a substitute for protective clothing required by your workplace.
Where can I find care details?
Review the material information for the specific product and follow the care label supplied with the garment. Ask for any missing detail before buying.
